After Tuesday's Solar Eclipse, Sun has developed some spots which looks like smiley face.

This smiley pattern is made of black patches.

It's formed due to coincidental positioning  of Coronal holes.

Reason behind this smiley face

The sun with a corona mass ejection

Coronal holes are the regions of open magnetic field, those regions are cooler and denser than outside plasma.

Due to the temperature difference between coronal holes and surrounding  surfaces, coronal holes looks darker.
