NASA efficiently launched Artemis 1 at 01:47 a.m. EST (0647 GMT) from Launch Advanced 39B at NASA’s Kennedy House Heart in Florida. 

Artemis 1 is the primary stage of a sequence of missions designed to ship people to the moon as a part of the Artemis program. It’s NASA’s first flight utilizing the brand new Space Launch System (SLS) megarocket and the Orion crew capsule
