This week, we’re celebrating Astronomy journal’s fiftieth anniversary challenge. It was 50 years in the past in August 1973 that the very first challenge of this journal was printed. Our August 2023 challenge is a blowout retrospective of the previous half-century of the science and the passion of astronomy.

We’re presently dwelling in a golden age of astronomy, ingesting from a proverbial firehose of thrilling analysis that addresses among the largest questions of the cosmos. We are able to’t wait to carry you the following 50 years in astronomy!
