Faulty power supply scuttled debut launch of Japan’s new H3 rocket

Japan’s space company says it has recognized the problem that precipitated the primary launch of the H3 rocket to be aborted final week.

The primary-ever try and launch the brand new H3 was aborted on Feb. 16, when a problem detected with the primary stage meant the rocket’s two stable rocket boosters didn’t ignite as deliberate. The launcher was then rolled again to the meeting constructing whereas the trigger was investigated.
