A French-led consortium stated Tuesday it has obtained funding for its challenge to develop an modern low-cost small rocket known as “Baguette One” and launch it into space.

HyPrSpace together with a three way partnership of Italian protection agency Leonardo and French IT agency Thales, and CT Engineering are pursuing the 35-million-euro ($38-million) challenge that goals to display a brand new sort of rocket engine.
