Astronomers are working arduous to grasp biosignatures and the way they point out life’s presence on an exoplanet. However every planet we encounter is a novel puzzle. On the subject of planetary atmospheres, carbon is a giant piece of the puzzle as a result of it has a strong impact on local weather and biogeochemistry. If scientists can determine how and the place a planet’s carbon comes from and the way it behaves within the ambiance, they’ve made progress in fixing the puzzle.
