Over the following couple of weeks two eclipses will probably be going down. Early on the morning of Tuesday, Nov. 8, the moon will plunge utterly into the shadow of the Earth producing a total lunar eclipse that will probably be seen from North America in addition to components of South America, central and japanese Asia, Australia and New Zealand.  

However as a prelude, two weeks previous to this occasion, on Tuesday, Oct. 25, the brand new moon will orbit between the sun and the Earth, inflicting a partial eclipse of the sun to happen.
